Products and prices

We sell downloadable travel-planning resources. The product description at checkout identifies what is included. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Review the final amount and any applicable taxes before paying. Future price changes do not change the amount agreed for a completed order.

Estimated travel spending is separate from the digital-product price. Unless stated otherwise, itinerary spending estimates cover activities, meals, and transportation, before accommodations. Flights and other excluded expenses remain additional.

Checkout and delivery

Payments are processed through Systeme.io checkout using available payment methods, currently Stripe. Payment is due when ordering. Digital access is delivered to the email address supplied at checkout after successful payment. Enter your email accurately and check spam/junk folders. Contact us if you cannot access your purchase.

An itinerary purchase supplies the described digital file; it does not create a Curvy Girl Travels account or subscription. Future account or membership features are not included unless expressly offered in the product description. Download and retain a personal copy; continuous availability of a hosted download link or future revised editions is not promised unless stated in the offer.

Personal-use license

You receive a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased resource for your own personal travel planning, including planning with your travel party. You may keep personal backups and print copies for that use. You may not resell, publicly upload, redistribute the file, or use it to supply a competing commercial product without written permission. Purchasing a copy does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

Travel information and recommendations

Our resources provide planning information, not bookings or a guarantee of travel outcomes. Unless expressly offered, we do not book travel, sell transport or accommodation, or operate the activities described. Third-party suppliers set their own availability, terms, and prices.

Information, prices, hours, entry rules, transport options, and conditions can change. Check current official sources and supplier details before booking and traveling. Consider your own health, accessibility, safety, documents, and insurance needs. Quiz match percentages describe fit with your selected preferences; they do not predict safety, satisfaction, or the suitability of every activity.

Refunds and required rights

Our Refund and Delivery Policy applies to digital purchases. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The policies are not a waiver of mandatory consumer protections.

Website use and changes

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other visitors. We may change website features and these terms prospectively. The sale terms agreed at purchase continue to apply to that purchase except where a lawful change is required. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can seek a practical resolution.
