Who we are
Curvy Girl Travels is operated by Jeniah Thomas, doing business as Curvy Girl Travels, in the United States. This policy covers our website at www.curvygirltravels.com, our checkout and signup pages at checkout.curvygirltravels.com, and communications with us.
For privacy questions or requests, email explore@curvygirltravels.com.

Information we collect
When you subscribe, make a purchase, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, order details, and correspondence. Our checkout and payment providers may collect billing and transaction information needed to process your purchase. Do not send full payment-card details, passport details, or other sensitive documents to our support email.
Our hosting, checkout, and payment services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser/device information, page requests, and security logs in providing their services.
Find My Trip uses your selected travel preferences to calculate recommendations. Answers are retained in your browser so you can resume or edit them. You can use Start over to reset the quiz; browser site-data controls can also clear stored information. Our current quiz does not require an account.
We collect itinerary suggestions and any optional contact email you submit through our Google Form. We use suggestions to guide future library releases and may use your email to respond about your suggestion. Responses are stored in a private Google Sheet. Google hosts the form and processes information under its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Please do not include sensitive personal information. Our website analytics does not receive your form answers or contact email, and our website cookie choice does not control Google’s form service.
How we use information
We use information to process purchases, deliver digital products and receipts, answer support requests, operate and secure our services, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations. When you subscribe to marketing emails, we use your information to send the travel content and offers described at signup.
Service providers and sharing
We use Lovable for our public website, Systeme.io for checkout, digital delivery, signup forms, and email, and Stripe for payment processing. MailerLite also stores subscriber records from our email-list activities, including unsubscribe status. Google Analytics is configured on our Systeme.io services and, only if you accept analytics, on our website at www.curvygirltravels.com, to help measure website use. These providers process information relevant to their roles. Payment details are submitted through checkout and payment-provider systems rather than through an in-app Curvy Girl Travels payment form.
We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law, protect against fraud or security incidents, or resolve disputes. If business operations transfer to a new owner, relevant information may transfer subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.
Analytics, browser storage, and external links
Our quiz uses browser storage to remember answers. We also store your cookie choice in your browser so we can respect it. Hosting, checkout, and payment services may also use cookies or similar technologies for their operation and security. Browser controls can manage cookies and site data, although blocking them may affect functionality.
Google Analytics on our website is optional and off by default. It is not loaded unless you select “Accept analytics” in our cookie choices; closing the banner or continuing to browse does not count as acceptance. If you accept, Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and cookies beginning with _ga_, and similar identifiers to measure page visits, device/browser information, quiz completions, and clicks on checkout links, so we can understand how the site is used and improve it. Google Analytics cookies can last up to two years unless removed. We do not use our website analytics for advertising, Google signals, or ad personalization. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, quiz answers, or other text you enter to Google Analytics, and we remove most query details from page and link addresses before they are sent.
Our shop and free-checklist pages at checkout.curvygirltravels.com, including the checklist thank-you page, show their own cookie choices. On those pages, Google Analytics is likewise optional and runs only if you select “Accept analytics” there; it uses cookies named cgtc_ga and cookies beginning with cgtc_ga_. Rejecting or withdrawing your choice on those pages stops Google Analytics there and removes those cookies. Not every checkout page may show these choices; we are reviewing analytics coverage on other checkout and order-confirmation pages with our checkout provider.
Google processes analytics information to provide reports to us and may process it in the United States or other countries. For more information, see https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Your choice is remembered in your browser for six months, after which we ask again. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of our website pages, or the Cookie settings control on the checkout pages that show it. If you reject or withdraw consent, our website stops Google Analytics, removes the analytics cookies it can access, and does not load it again on later visits unless you accept. Withdrawing consent does not affect information collected before withdrawal.
Choices on www.curvygirltravels.com and on checkout.curvygirltravels.com are separate, because these are different websites that store choices separately; making a choice on one does not set it on the other. Neither choice controls Systeme.io email open and click reporting described below.
Links to social networks and other external websites take you to services governed by their own policies.
Emails and your choices
Systeme.io email reports measure opens and link clicks to help us understand engagement and improve communications. These signals can be affected by email software and automated security checks and do not always represent a person reading or clicking.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in them. We may retain unsubscribe records to respect your preference; unsubscribing does not automatically delete all records. Unsubscribing does not prevent necessary purchase, delivery, or support messages. Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may verify your identity, and some records may need to remain for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the laws that apply to our business.
Retention, security, and international processing
We retain information for legitimate operational, recordkeeping, and legal purposes and review information for deletion when it is no longer needed. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to our operations, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries.
Children and updates
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us. We may update this policy as our operations change and will show the new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
